i flew to denver last weekend to celebrate my cousin and her soon-to-be-born baby, parker. my mom, aunt, and other cousins all pitched in to help throw this harry potter themed shower, which was just about the cutest and most fun shower i’ve attended if i do say so myself. i think part of what makes the hp theme so great is that the books are so extensive, and rich in detail that we could “theme” pretty much every little aspect.

this was my first time hosting an event from another state, and while we shipped some items directly to colorado, i had some major anxiety about my bag (which was jam-packed with essential shower items) arriving with me. our “party in a box” as we jokingly called it. but once we were wheels down, all was as smooth as could be, and we’re just so excited for this little muggle and his parents.
